After a series of tests and 2 and a half hours of interview…

 

Congrats daw nakapasa daw ako sa screening.

PERO dahil daw di na ko taga-UP eh kelangan daw muna nilang idiscuss with their bosses yung case ko.

Intayin ko daw ang text nila.

 

 

Boooooooo!  Discrimination. tsk. tsk.

@kat: tama! just like what you’ve said, knowledge and skills talaga dapat ang pinagbabasehan hindi yung school.. eh ano naman kung sang school ka galing di ba? hindi naman yung school ang magttrabaho para sa kanila.>_

i experienced discrimination sa HR pa mismo sa previous job q. kasabayan q lahat tga UP eh tga UP din pla ang HR head. she told our batch, as far as she’s concerned mga tga UP lang iha-hire nya sana at lahat ng tga UP nkatingin sa akin. she told me pa na i failed the exam pro tinanggap p rin nya aq. later on, i found out when i asked the next HR head, I passed the tests, logical naman daw di ba sbi nung sumunod na head ng HR, bat aq iha hire if I failed them. I dont have anything against tga UP kc nging brkada ko most of them, pro un nga lang wala sanang discrimination. I really suffered unfair treatment from her for a couple of months. Anyway, 5 months after, ntanggal sa pwesto nya ung mahaderang HR who was earning at that time 50k pesos around 2004…

Di ko naman na-feel pa yun. A baka hindi pa kasi ako nagtatrabaho! hahahaha
